Akeredolu lauds Igbinedion on 83rd birthday

Ondo State Governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu SAN, and Minister of State for Health, Dr. Sagae Ehanire were among dignitaries that graced the 83rd birthday ceremony of the Esama of Benin Kingdom and founder of lgbinedion University, Okada, Dr. Sir Chief Gabriel Osawaru Igbinedion at the weekend in Benin, Edo State Capital.

Other dignitaries at the event are Senator lbrahim Mantu, former Deputy Senate President, Prof. Olu Aina, former Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIGP), Parry Osayande and Controller Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Benin, Mr. Renner Jumbo.

The well attended occasion also had in attendance Vice Chancellor, Igbinedion University Okada, Prof Ehosha Osaghae, Member House of Representatives from Edo Constituency, Hon. E.J   Agbonanyinma, Hon. Agharese lduboi and Ojomo of Ekpoma, Chief Ezekiel Ainabe JP among others.

Governor Akeredolu who was represented by his Deputy, Hon. Agboola Ajayi, appreciated God in the life of the celebrant for celebrating his 83 years birthday in good health.

He commended the Octogenarian for his philanthropic quality of life through which many lives have been transformed.

Delivering his sermon, Very Reverend Father Michael Oyanoafoh, charged the congregation to increase their faiths in God and remain focus in their aspirations for their dreams to come true.

The Cleric described the celebrant as a man of generosity with abundant wealth, knowledge and kindness towards the betterment of the lives of people.

Oyenoafoh, who prayed God to continue to bless his inspiration to impact on the lives of people appreciated his family members who have made this possible for him to achieve.

He urged the Octogenarian to be more prayerful and sustain his generosity quality of life in turning around the lives of people.

He charged him on the need to sustain his faithfulness and steadfastness which he pointed out will enable him to keep going in his good deeds.
